Cambodia is an amazing country. The moment I stepped foot onto Cambodia's soil I was immediately enchanted. The bustling centres rushing with tuk tuks and motos, the countryside of jungle, open fields and small villages where roosters and ducks roam, the exotic allure of spicy curries, rice and vegetables, the rich cultural history, and the open friendliness of a people who have seen pain, hunger and cruelty in its most wicked forms.

I'm equally enchanted by the work of a wonderful American designer and her Camdoian counterparts who are combining forces to make garments that reward workers through fair wages and protect the environment by recycling materials discarded by major manufacturers. A beautiful piece shot by ithinkasia.
