The Northern Territory masterbrand campaign has been launched.
Last year, the Northern Territory Government sought to create a master brand to market the NT as a place to live and work.
Creative agency The Royals called on Weave Films to produce the brand film, develop the features and stories, as well as manage the production, casting and crew.
Producer Emma Masters worked with director Qiu Li and the Royals team to achieve the look and feel and the narrative of the film.
She focused on securing the right individuals and organisations to be featured in the film, including Menzies Health Research, Kungas Can Cook and Magpie Goose.
Locally, she employed and mentored production coordinator Mardi Weston and together the Darwin filmmakers worked closely with production and costume designer Teresa Negroponte to deliver a visual style across the set and wardrobe.
The team also worked with Charles Darwin University student Reema Bali, who had won a design internship with the Royals in Melbourne.
The Boundless Possible masterbrand was launched in September 2018.

A few simple surprising words that, in a world defined by barriers of geography, opportunity and the mind, speak volumes about who we are and what we have to share. A narrative, written by the people, for the world, that captures the spirit of their place. A story that every Territorian can own – old and new.
