Weave Films' Emma Masters and Intertidal Films' Adrian Buitenhuis have worked with Jawoyn traditional owners and the Oprah Winfrey show to take 14 women to visit Gabarnmung as part of Oprah's Ultimate Adventure in Australia.

On request from Margaret Katherine and her friends at the Jawoyn Association, and with the invaluable help of their friends Karen Kraft and Jay Whitney-Brown in Los Angeles, Emma and Adrian worked to draw Oprah's attention to the site.

The pitch worked - and before Emma knew it, she was talking to producers of the Oprah show and beginning to plan the pick up, transport of the Oprah group as well as two film crews, catering from the Walkabout Chef, a tour of the site by the man who has been studying Gabarnmung's paintings for years Ben Gunn and a glimpse at the fragment of stone axe discovered at the dig.

Adrian followed through with all his hard work back in Canada and the US and flew out to Australia to help produce the segment as well.

Following the day of filming, the producers asked Emma and Adrian to help develop a series of segments for the Oprah website based on a booklet of information they produced for the visit.
